Areas of activities: SAPA associates producers of most
Slovak films released in cinemas in the past decades, and owners
and managers of copyrights to 97% of all films made in Slovakia
from 1921 until the present.
The main goals of SAPA are:
1. Protection of Slovak and foreign producers and their rights in the Slovak audiovisual field on the bases of the license of the collecting society.
2. Providing useful contacts to Slovak film professionals, organizations, production and distribution companies.
3. Co-operation with European organizations and institutions like AGICOA, EUROCOPYA, FIAPF and producers associations all over the world.
4. Providing up-to-date information on the current state of Slovak cinematography.
